Your Tradies Shop is a trading division of Karanda Holdings Pty Ltd. Administration and customer support are handled by Find Net Solutions in Australia.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we operate 100% online to keep costs down and pass the savings on to you.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes — we offer fast, FREE shipping Australia-wide, except for certain remote postcodes listed on our Shipping Policy. Please check this list before ordering.
How long will delivery take?
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days Times may vary depending on product size, stock location, and courier schedules.
Who delivers my order?
We use Australia Post for most items and couriers for larger or heavier items.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
Depending on the carrier:
- Your order may be left in a safe place.
- A collection card may be left, directing you to pick it up from a local post office or depot. You can track your parcel via the link sent when your order is shipped.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at sales@yourtradiesshop.com.au. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it for you. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
Yes for Australia Post items, but not all couriers can deliver to PO Boxes or Lockers. If this is the case, we’ll contact you for an alternative address.
Returns & Refunds
How do I request a return or refund?
All returns and refunds are handled via our Refunds & Returns page. Please complete the form at the bottom of that page so we can process your request efficiently.
My order was damaged in transit — what do I do?
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
If the damage is visible upon delivery, you can sign as “DAMAGED” or refuse delivery. If you can’t inspect the parcel at the time, sign “UNCHECKED.” Keep all packaging and accessories.
My product is faulty on arrival — what happens?
You have 15 calendar days from receipt to report a fault. The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and may reimburse reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.
What if a fault develops after 30 days?
The item may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. This usually involves a warranty repair. You are responsible for return postage to us, and we will cover the cost to return it to you after repair or replacement.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes — provided you notify us within 15 working days of delivery, the product is unused, and in “as new” condition. Return postage is at your cost, and refunds cover the product price only (less any applicable admin or restocking fees).
What if I ordered the wrong item?
Same process as change-of-mind returns. Use a tracked service for your return, as you are responsible until it reaches us.
Who pays for return shipping?
In most cases, the purchaser pays. We may reimburse this at our discretion, depending on the reason for return.
How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return, and will be paid back to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
- Direct Bank Transfer – bank details provided at checkout. Orders are processed after funds clear (1–2 business days).
- PayPal – secure payments from your PayPal account or linked cards.
- Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
Is payment secure?
Yes — all transactions are processed over secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Can I use more than one coupon?
No — only one coupon code can be used per order.
